Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your files. You can ask for a refund only if: The file we sent is broken or can’t be used, or The final work is clearly different from what we agreed, or The file bought from our shop has technical problems.
We will not refund if: You change your mind, or You gave wrong information, or You caused delays, or You ask for work that was outside the original agreement.
Digital downloads are sent within 12 hours. If there’s a problem, tell us within 48 hours. If we approve the refund, we will return the money in up to 6 business days.

Privacy Policy
We only collect what we need to do the job: your name, email, phone, project files, and messages. We use this info to deliver your order, communicate with you, and improve our service.
We keep your files private and don’t sell or share your data. You can ask us to update your info, delete your account, get copies of your files, or stop marketing messages.

When you order, we’ll ask for:
- Your name and company (optional)
Email and WhatsApp number:
- Which service do you want (CAD, sculpting, rendering, printing)
Project details and deadline:
- Reference images and uploaded files (3DM, STL, OBJ, JPG, PDF, etc.)
Any extra notes:
- Make sure files and details are correct so we can give an accurate quote.
Service Agreement
Basic rules when we work together:
- Pay 20% upfront to start.
- Minor fixes are free; big changes cost extra.
- We preview images before final delivery.
- After you pay in full, we deliver the final files.
- We keep your project private.
- You own the delivered files after final payment.
We’re not responsible for casting or printing problems from other companies.

We only provide digital files. Any manufacturing/casting problems are not our responsibility.
If you give wrong measurements, the final result may be affected.
Make sure your designs don’t copy someone else’s trademarked work.
We aren’t liable for lost profits, delays, or problems caused by other companies.
