Order Process
- 1. Submit a photo or draft along with the necessary details for a quotation.
- 2. We review your request, provide a quote, and create a personal account for seamless collaboration
- 3.Once the terms are agreed upon, a 20% prepayment is required to initiate the project. We will keep you updated throughout the process.
- 4. Upon completion, we upload screenshots of the final model to your account. If approved, you proceed with the final payment.
- 5. After the payment is received, we deliver the completed project files in your account’s order section.
- 6. The final package includes .STL, .3DM files, a specification sheet, and simple render images from multiple angles
Prepayments cover both project work and purchased files. Refunds for file issues can be requested within two business days.

Pricing Structure
CAD Design Pricing
Pricing is based on project complexity, including:
• The number of stones used
• Type of stone settings
• Whether the design has multiple parts
• Whether digital sculpting is required
Rendering Pricing
Factors affecting rendering costs:
• The number of stones and color variations
• Metal variations
• Background type (textured, colorized, or plain white)
Payment Options
You can choose a payment method that best suits your needs:
1. Fixed Price per Order: After reviewing your request, we provide a set price based on project details. Any changes may require additional payment.
2. Hourly Rate: We use TimeTracker to calculate the actual hours worked, determining the final price based on project complexity.
Shopping Process

2. Select your preferred payment method (Credit Card/PayPal).
3. Enter your payment details and submit the purchase.
4. After completing the payment, you will receive the purchased file via email within 12 hours.
Refund Policy: If there is an issue with the purchased file, you can request a refund within two business days
